This is my second visit to Aerni Dental. I am so pleased with Dr. Aerni and everybody in his staff. I can't say enough good about the professionalism and friendliness in this office, which is second to none. He and his staff treated me with dignity, respect and allowed extra time needed to answer any and all questions I had about my upcoming treatments. I wish I would have come here a lot sooner than I did because of all the bad experiences I had with previous dentists whom missed critical dental issues, which Dr. Aerni and his staff discovered, using the high tech equipment at their office. Additionally, every time I visit this office, I leave more educated and impressed by Dr. Aerni's multiple treatment options!

We chose Dr. Arnie for our Son's need for the braces among 4 other orthodontists from North Olmsted to Brecksville. That was several years ago already. We are now very happy that we decided to go with Dr Arnies. We would not hesitate to send our second child to him if we had a second child, but fortunately or unfortunately we only have one 😁 And we certainly feel that we made an awesome decision for our Son's orthodontics with Dr. Arnie and his office!

Transparency, that is what I absolutely love about Dr. Aerni and his staff. Any recommendations are backed up with photos that clearly demonstrate the necessity of the recommended service. Technology, second to none, Dr. Aerni stays on top of what is new on the market and brings it to his clients. It is incredible how much can be accomplished in a single visit that used to take multiple visits. Education, they are great at explaining what it takes to have a good oral hygiene routine at home also.

I have been going to Aerni Dental since we moved to Strongsville and have never had any complaints. Dr. Aerni is easy to talk to and his staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I give them a thumbs up!
